Pregnancy sugar screening test question?

I had my gestational diabetes test done and they called about the results telling me to call back and of course I didn't get the message until today after hours and now I have to wait until Monday... ugggg! what does this mean could the results come back bellow normal or always high? I've always been on the low side in regards to blood sugar, I exercise daily and I don't think I eat bad. I'm 7 months and gained 14 pounds which I didn't think was to bad. I'm dying to know what the outcome was. Is sugar the only thing they're testing for, they did take a lot of blood. This is my 2nd pregnancy and the first one was easy breezy and I lost all the weight before I got prego again. This has been a harder pregnancy this last month I've had a lot of lower stomach pain (like bad side stickers) and off and on a lot of pelvic pressure.
