Heaven by Jason Aldean?

Okay so I am in love with the song Heaven and I have heard it by many people including Jason Aldean. But I am pretty sure a different person actually wrote it and I am wanting to know their name? I think its Dj Sammy or something? I don't know but I want to clear it up. Thanks!! (:
