Aggressive Dog - To report or not to report?

I would of been so damn pi**ed off at that very moment it happened I would of had the cops out there immedietely..There could of been a small child walking alongsode your husband and then what?? I'm sorry I love all animals but when push comes to shove I Shove hard..Make that Call!!!
