WinAmp will not open a stream?

So I'm trying to listen to this online radio stream. They broadcast for WinAmp. Whenever I open the stream in WinAmp, it says "Sorry, cannot write stream to disk" and saves some random wav file to my desktop. Every time I try to play it it doesn't play, just saves some wav to my desktop. WTF is going on?
