Which one is better kent marine microvert or phytoplex?

i am so confused which one to get. so i was wondering which one do you use for your corals? if you do use one. and if you don't how do you feed your corals? i am thinking about getting soft corals, some lps, zoas, mushroom and a clam. i am already going to feed some of the corals frozen brine shrimp but i was thinking of feeding them something else
