Where the fuse for heater/defrost is on a 1994 saturn is?

The fuse for your blower motor is in the Instrument Panel Junction Box. Open the penger door, the cover for it is below the glove box on the center console. Just give it a pull and you will see the fuse panel.It should be fuse #4. Good Luck!
