What is the best 1TB external Drive for the money..To back up work and important files to?

I am looking for a 1TB external drive to have Norton Ghost back up my files to for me. I am looking for one that is not to expensive and doesn't have to spin up to start working if it's been sitting for a while. One that is dependable. Thanks!!! Todd
