Must have baby items?

I'm 30 weeks along and am going to be going to register in the next few weeks. I want to register for the bare minimum as we have a very tiny tiny house. What is a list of "must haves" for a first baby? I hear all too often of people who register for too much, so I'm hoping to get some advice from people who've been there and done it. Thanks in advance.
