How to send USD 20 to malaysian University (IIUM)?

Im livin in q8 and i wanna send USD 20 as my application processing fee to the International islamic university admiisions ofice in malaysia but I cant send it as a telegraphic transfer as it is too small amount............ can anybody help me with any ideas to send USD 20 to malaysia....... my higher education depends on it..
