First time Felony Charges in Las Vegas?

She will probably pay fines, probation, etc but no jail time. The judge is going to ume this isn't the first time she stole since it was so much, but without proof they will go lightly on her but she will have the record of a felony forever. Get a lawyer.. charges may be reduced to misdemeanor - hope she learned her lesson. Will be hard to get a job with theft charges on her record.
