Can you get chicken pox from shingles if you have a new immune system due to bone marrow transplant?

Its the other way around, you get shingles from the chicken pox. The virus must not have been eliminated from your body after the transplant. I am the same way though (remained positive for the virus after the transplant, but dont have shingles).
